Shipping:

All domestic orders will ship from Atlanta, GA via USPS priority mail 24 hours after your order is processed. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International orders are subject to FedEx international rates.

Returns:

Every piece of Vanessa Jenik jewelry is hand crafted by me in my studio. It is very important to me that you love what you purchase. If you receive your jewelry and are unhappy with it, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. 

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in stones, texture and finish are part of what makes the jewelry unique.
